Academic Cooperation Protocol Signed Between Manas University and Necmettin Erbakan University
Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and Necmettin Erbakan University have signed protocols aimed at strengthening cooperation in academic and cultural fields. On April 17, 2025, the protocols were signed by KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan and Necmettin Erbakan University Rector Prof. Dr. Cem Zorlu during a signing ceremony held at the Rectorate of Manas University.
The cooperation protocols aim to facilitate joint scientific research projects between the two universities, implement student exchange programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels, promote the exchange of academic staff and researchers, and organize joint activities in the fields of sports, arts, and culture.
These protocols are considered an important step toward enhancing the scientific capacity and international engagement of both institutions. They are also expected to strengthen solidarity and information sharing among higher education institutions across the Turkic world.
Through such collaborations, Manas University continues to expand its academic connections on both regional and global scales.
