Manas University and Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Signed Academic Cooperation Protocol
On April 17, 2025, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences signed a significant protocol aimed at enhancing academic and scientific collaboration. The signing ceremony took place at the Rectorate of Manas University, marking the beginning of a partnership focused on the exchange of scientific knowledge and expertise across a range of fields.
During the ceremony, Rector of Manas University, Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan highlighted the importance of this cooperation between two well-established institutions, emphasizing its potential to foster both academic advancement and cultural rapprochement. President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Prof. Dr. Isa Habibbeyli also expressed his belief that the agreement will strengthen ties within the scientific community of the Turkic world.
The protocol outlines plans for the development of joint research projects, the organization of seminars, conferences, and workshops, and the implementation of academic staff and student exchange programs.
