Program Objective:
Preschool education holds a special place in today’s educational landscape. This stage is not only vital for individual development but also for the overall well-being and progress of society. It has a profound impact on children’s school readiness, academic performance, and social integration.
The preschool education system is implemented through structured institutions and represents a purposeful, multifaceted, and functionally integrated process of education and upbringing. It promotes the child’s physical, intellectual, and psychological development while also shaping moral values and other personal traits.
In line with the demands of the information age and the principle of lifelong learning, preschool education offers a service aimed at developing essential skills for modern life and the workforce, and continues to attract significant attention.
The core objective of preschool education is to train qualified professionals who not only possess the knowledge and skills to support the holistic development of preschool children, but who also understand the importance of child development and learning, can effectively engage with parents using psychological and pedagogical insights, and are capable of making independent, creative decisions in various situations.
Our objectives:
Training of qualified specialists: Training of specialists with modern knowledge and methods in the field of preschool pedagogy, psychology and child development.
Development of pedagogical thinking: Development of skills of observation, analysis of children's behavior and development, formation of an individual approach to upbringing and development.
Preparation for multilingualism: Ensuring proficiency in Kyrgyz, Russian and Turkish for successful work with children and parents in a multilingual environment.
Practice-oriented: implementing a practice-oriented approach through pedagogical practice, observation and participation in kindergarten activities.
Formation of communicative and organizational skills: Development of teamwork skills, interaction with parents and colleagues, organization of the learning process.
Development of creative and imaginative thinking: Encouraging future teachers to use playful, artistic and innovative approaches in working with children.
Formation of social responsibility: To educate future educators to respect children, parents and society, commitment to the principles of humanism and inclusiveness.
Supporting entrepreneurial culture: Developing entrepreneurial spirit, innovative thinking and project creation skills in students, encouraging them to create their own business.
Internship opportunities:
The training programs are based on the international educational standards of CR and TR. Our students are eligible for internships for a total of 3 semesters. Internships take place in different areas of early childhood education and are designed to provide students with practical knowledge as well as to adapt them to a real work environment.
Many of our students receive job offers from the agencies where they interned and are employed after graduation.

-Special educational and rehabilitation centers;
-Playrooms;
-Children's playrooms in tourist and sports centers;
-All types of institutions and organizations working with children (private kindergartens, community kindergartens, private home-type kindergartens, pasture-based kindergartens, etc.).
Our graduates are equipped with the necessary skills to work in early childhood education institutions and family settings, supporting the comprehensive development, upbringing, and school readiness of infants and preschool-aged children. In addition, they have the opportunity to continue their studies at all higher education institutions in Kyrgyzstan and may directly transfer to the undergraduate Psychology program at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, enabling them to pursue a bachelor’s degree in a shorter period of time.
