Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department Meets with Preparatory Class Students
On December 10, 2025, the academic staff of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University met with students from the preparatory program. During the event, faculty members introduced themselves and the department, while also answering students’ questions.
The meeting began with short presentations in which instructors highlighted their research areas, career backgrounds, and the academic structure of the department. Participants were informed about the wide range of opportunities offered by Electrical and Electronics Engineering, including energy systems, telecommunications, electronic design, control systems, and embedded software.
One of the most engaging parts of the event was the question-and-answer session. Students asked about topics such as course intensity, laboratory work, the importance of English proficiency, career prospects, and internship opportunities. Faculty members addressed these questions by sharing insights from their own academic and professional experiences.
At the end of the meeting, instructors offered students advice on adapting to university life and improving their academic skills. The department staff expressed that they look forward to welcoming the students to the faculty and wished them success in their studies.
The event was evaluated as a productive gathering that helped preparatory class students better understand the department and gain a clearer academic perspective for the future.
