An Academic Evaluation of Faculties of Theology According to Academic Staff
On April 8, 2025 at 14:00, an academic seminar titled “Theology Faculties According to Academic Staff” was given by our faculty research assistant Dr. Cazgül COLALİYEVA. In her speech, Dr. Colaliyeva, who drew attention to the fact that theology faculties in Kyrgyzstan are new formations, expressed the importance of these faculties in the country's general religious education system based on the following elements:
1. They are affiliated with universities, which are the basic institutions of the modern era,
2. They have bureaucratic structures that operate according to certain standards and norms,
3. They are institutions recognized by the state.
The problems faced by theology faculties and their solution proposals were discussed in detail in the seminar.
The seminar, which was also attended by graduate students, academicians and the Dean of our Faculty, attracted great attention.
The event ended with a question and answer session.
