KTMU Honored Prof. Dr. Refik Aziz with the 30th Anniversary Medal
On 21 November 2025, Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan hosted Azerbaijan State Artist, painter, and academician Prof. Dr. Refik Aziz.
Within the scope of the 30th anniversary of the university’s foundation, Prof. Dr. Refik Aziz who made valuable contributions to the international painting exhibition titled “30th Anniversary of Manas through the Eyes of 30 Artists,” organized by the Faculty of Fine Arts, was honored with the “30th Anniversary Medal” for his contributions and dedication to the arts.
While presenting the medal to Prof. Dr. Refik Aziz, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan emphasized the university’s commitment to supporting the arts and artists. He stated that each work holds significant value for the university and contributes meaningfully to both education and the arts.
