Visit of the İKSAD Institute to KTMU
On September 25, 2025, the President of the İKSAD Institute Mustafa Latif Emek along with his delegation visited Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University (KTMU). As part of the visit, the delegation met with KTMU Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan, Deputy Rector Prof. Dr. Almaz Ibraev, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Kamalbek Karymshakov, and Secretary-General Prof. Dr. İsmet Altıntaş at the Rectorate.
During the meeting, Rector Prof. Dr. Alpaslan Ceylan shared the pride of Manas University being ranked among the top 1000 universities in the QS World University Rankings. He emphasized that throughout its 30-year history, Manas University has maintained a commitment to high-quality education and has made significant contributions to the Turkic World through its scientific achievements.
Within the framework of the visit, a cooperation protocol was signed between Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University and the İKSAD Institute at the Rectorate. The protocol envisions the development of joint research projects, the organization of seminars, conferences, and workshops, as well as the implementation of various academic activities. This cooperation aims to strengthen scientific and cultural interaction within the Turkic World.
Following the signing ceremony, Mustafa Latif Emek and his delegation met with the heads and deputy heads of KTMU’s Research Centers in the Senate Hall, where he shared the vision and mission of the İKSAD Institute. Emek expressed his satisfaction with the hospitality of the university and underlined that the protocol signed with Manas University would serve as a strong bridge between the two institutions.
In the question-and-answer session that followed, the participants highlighted that joint future initiatives would continue and make important contributions to the Turkic World.
