We Congratulate Our New Department Chair, Prof. Dr. Yücel Öksüz
As of October 31, 2025, Prof. Dr. Yücel Öksüz has been appointed as the Chair of the Department of Educational Sciences at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
Prof. Dr. Yücel Öksüz, known for his academic expertise and his national and international scholarly contributions, is expected to make significant contributions to the academic quality of our department.
