Seminar on “A New Leading Indicator of Financial Confidence for Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye” Held
A seminar entitled “A New Leading Indicator of Financial Confidence for Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye” was held at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University by Prof. Dr. Hasan Murat Ertuğrul within the framework of the relevant research project.
During the seminar, the development and application of a new leading indicator of financial confidence for assessing the financial systems of Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye were discussed. Particular attention was given to the potential of the indicator to identify changes in confidence levels in financial markets and provide early signals regarding economic developments.
The participants were introduced to the objectives of the project, the main research approaches and methods, as well as the assessment of the new financial confidence indicator for Kyrgyzstan and Türkiye. Following the presentation, a discussion session was held. Faculty members and students asked questions concerning the research methodology, the construction of the indicator, and its potential practical applications. The seminar provided a valuable platform for sharing academic knowledge and exchanging views on measuring financial confidence, monitoring financial markets, and assessing economic developments.
