A student forum was held at the Department of “Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts”: 21/04/2025
In honor of the 30th anniversary of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, the IV Student Forum was successfully held at the Department of “Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts”, which united active and enterprising students interested in the development of the hospitality industry and restaurant business. The forum was opened with a welcoming speech of the head of the department Prof. Dr. Dr. N. Kydyraliev. N. Kydyraliev, who emphasized the importance of forming students' professional thinking and practical skills necessary for a successful career in the restaurant industry. The participants of the forum paid special attention to the issues of innovations and problems in the sphere of public catering, modern requirements to the quality of service and the importance of national cuisine in the formation of an attractive image of the region. As a result of the event, the best student reports were selected, the authors of which received prizes from the university.
