MASTER CLASS: COOKING ON A CAULDRON KUURMA TEA: 20/11/2024


On November 20, 2024 within the discipline GMS-325 “Beverage Technology” under the guidance of the teacher of the Department of “Restaurant Business and Art of Cooking” Dinara Isakova held a master class on the preparation of the Kyrgyz national drink “Kuurma tea”. Participants learned about the traditions and secrets of preparing this unique drink and were able to taste it.
