MASTER CLASS: ASIAN CUISINE 05/12/2024
On December 5, 2024 within the discipline GMS-427 “Asian Cuisines” under the guidance of the teacher of the department “Restaurant Business and Culinary Arts” Dinara Isakova, as well as the chairman of the Association of Chefs of Kyrgyzstan Shukhrat Sharipov held a master class “Indian cuisine”. The participants learned about the secrets of cooking traditional Indian dishes and were able to taste them.
